Our staff is committed to providing quality care and understanding to our patients. If there any questions about surgery before or after your surgery, we feel strongly that our office should be your source of information. We make every attempt to provide that information to you at any time.
Although everyone in the office has their particular role, each person will make an effort to provide the information about your surgery (before or after the procedure) as well as business and scheduling problems. 
Glenna is our office manager and is available to answer questions about billing, insurance, insurance coverage and scheduling issues. She is readily available on Tuesdays and Thursdays, but can be reached for more pressing questions on any day.
Kelly has been the Nurse and Skin Care Specialist at Columbia Plastic Surgery for a very long time. She is quite well versed in the care of our patients and can answer many of your questions. Because of her experience, she can answer many questions that you might have about cosmetic surgical procedures. While we attempt to avoid long telephone consultations ( we prefer that you speak with our doctor formally in consultation) many simple questions about recovery and similar issues can be handled by our nurse. 
Laura works at the front desk and is likely the first voice that you will hear when calling or visiting our office. She will make every attempt to answer your questions, direct your call or schedule an appointment. It is our practice to contact our patients before their office visit and remind them of their appointment and time. Laura makes many of these calls.
