Juvederm®
Juvederm® injections are one of the most common “minimally invasive” procedures that we perform in our office. Most commonly it is used to fill in lines and wrinkles around the mouth especially the “smile lines” and “marionette lines”. These lines deepen as we age and can make you look sad. It can also be used to inject in deeper “fine-lines” around the mouth.
There are numerous injectables that we use. Each of these choices have some advantages and disadvantages. Some are better for injections in the deeper tissues and others better in more superficial areas. There will continue to be additions to this type of treatment and we will add those as we find appropriate advantages. We will be glad to discuss any of these with you during your consultation.
There are very few laws that restrict the use of these products by inadequately trained individuals. To obtain the best results possible, you should seek out a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who has the years of training and experience that will give you the best chance at the winning result that you are trying to achieve.
