Breast Augmentation surgery is the most requested cosmetic surgery in our practice. We have included many before and after photos. It is impossible to judge the quality of a doctor by simply looking at the photos on their website. We have attempted to include many photos and hopefully, you will find someone's preoperative photos that may resemble you. Patients with much smaller breast are much more difficult cases and the outcome will only approximate others.
There is no one "right way" to do this procedure. There are many reasons that implants are put under or over the muscle. We routinely do this operation with each of these approaches and spend a great deal of time catering these choices to each individual patient. There are advantages and disadvantages to many of these choices and Dr. Fulks will work diligently to make you aware of the choices and help you understand.
